Darion Group provides software development, SaaS products, enterprise solutions, AI integration, and cloud engineering services. The specifics of any provided service will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract signed between Darion Group and the client.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Darion Group and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website and proprietary SaaS platforms. All intellectual property rights are reserved. For custom development services, IP transfer is governed by the specific project contract.

5. Payments and Billing

Payment terms for software development and consulting services are outlined in individual project proposals. For SaaS products, billing occurs according to the chosen subscription plan. We use secure third-party gateways for payment processing. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Darion Group, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
